Making a Difference

Making a difference is incredibly important at Burton Leonard Primary School and links to our value of service.

Each term our School Council organise a whole-day event, which is dedicated to making a difference for our school, local, national and global communities.

Here are just a few of the activities we have completed so far:

- litter-picking in the local community 

- delivering plants with special messages to the local community 

- making rag rugs for homeless shelters

- revitalising our school grounds

- writing letters to important public figures

- making peace chains
